Most of my clients come to me feeling stuck in old patterns—overthinking, shutting down, fighting, or staying quiet when something really matter
Before becoming a counselor, I earned my bachelor’s degree in Public Relations in England and spent years working in the corporate sector. My career path shifted after moving to the U.S., when I decided to follow my deeper passion: helping people build stronger, healthier, more connected relationships.
Currently in the process of certification. Imago uses a psychodynamic lens, exploring how our earliest relationships with parents and other significant attachments shape the ways we show up in our intimate relationships today. Through structured dialogue, it helps couples move beyond reactivity into empathy and connection.
I have been training in Gestalt Therapy for over three years through the Seattle Ongoing Training Program, where I worked in experiential groups and received live supervision. In 2024, I attended a two-week international intensive in Bulgaria, and in 2025 I’m continuing with an advanced workshop series. Gestalt emphasizes presence, awareness, and authentic dialogue, which means I pay attention to what’s happening between partners in the here-and-now, not just in the past.
Completed a year-long somatic therapy training in Portland, Oregon. This work deepened my understanding of how emotions live in the body and how physical awareness can open new pathways for release, regulation, and intimacy.
Completed a year-long training in this model, which helps couples understand the developmental stage they are in, take responsibility for their own part in conflict, and learn how to grow into greater respect and closeness.
If you’re looking for a therapist who will sit back quietly, I’m probably not the right fit. But if you want someone who will engage with you fully, help you see patterns clearly, and guide you toward practical and lasting change, I may be exactly the right person for you.
